Specialty Pharmaceutical Doors:
-
Dura-Slide
Specialty Door System: These doors incorporate the latest
technology and design making it the choice for food and
pharmaceutical processing facilities and applications that
require durability and wash down components. The lightweight
panels operate easily and require minimal wall reinforcement for
retrofit applications. Polyethylene panels are available in
fourteen standard colors that required no additional lead times.
Since the color is throughout the panel, there is no powder
residue from scratches and abrasions. The panel is impervious to
acids, petroleum products, animal fats and cleaning solvents and
will retain an attractive appearance even in the worst
atmospheric conditions. The one piece construction make this
door ideal for wash down applications since there is no seams
for water or chemicals to penetrate the skin and erode the core.

Saino
Sliding Door System: These doors are designed for use in
pharmaceutical facilities, factories, processing plants and
other facilities required manual and automated doors with
attractive appearance. The modular panels are fabricated using
16 gauge welded steel tube framework, allowing the panels to be
manufactured to virtually any size. The standard core is Kraft
honeycomb with optional urethane insulation available. The kydex
finish is available is a variety of colors and has a standard
haircell finish that hides scratches and abrasions caused by
incidental contact. Consider these doors for larger size
openings and areas that have high positive or negative air
pressure. This model can be used in applications where a variety
of chemicals and cleaning solvents are used. If security is an
issue, additional internal framing and a locking system is
available.

Sliding
Door System Operator: Both the above doors can have an
electric operator installed.
The sliding operators operate on the TEP track system,
which is designed to provide years of smooth, trouble free
service. This track system combined with permanently lubricated
trolleys, provides virtually silent operation with minimal
resistance. The compact TEP system required the least headroom
of any industrial door system available. The microprocessor
controlled drive incorporates the latest technology available.
Intelligent software controls constantly monitor the door’s
operation and position, eliminating the need for limit switches.
Permanently lubricated components and self diagnostic
electronics virtually eliminate the maintenance that is required
on most door systems available today. Features include
electronic reversing on full open and close cycle, adjustable
variable speed operation with slow down, and a safety photo
making these doors the safest door on the market.
