Steel Doors: Fully
weather sealed door.

Slats roll form galvanized steel door optional steel, flat
sections. Gauges from 22 ga. 20 ga. 18 ga.. (Optional phosphate or
baked enamel painted)

Endlocks:
Cast
Endlocks/windlocks riveted to the ends of the slats, with ¼’
rivets.

Bar:
Two galvanized steel angles equipped with vinyl Weatherstripp
which extends into guides.

Guides:
Guides are designed using a minimum of 3/16” steel angles and
satisfy windload specifications.

Operation:
Push-up, hand chain, hand-crank, or motor operation.

Locking:
Equip doors for locking by padlock from coil side. (Padlocks by
others). Sidelocks and pinlocks by others.
Rolling
Fire Doors: Doors
are constructed to conform within requirements specified by
Underwriter’s Laboratories Inc. Doors are automatic and self
closing, Class (A) (B) (C) (D) or oversized certificate. Four Hour
fire doors are also available.

Curtain:
Shall be constructed of interlocking roll formed
galvanized steel slats with a zinc coating not less than 1.25
ounces per square foot of flat metal, A.S.T.M standards. Curtain
shall be equipped with a bottom bar consisting of two angles of
equal weight, one on each side, securely fastened to the bottom of
curtain for reinforcement and to provide contact against the sill
when closed. Also available in stainless steel.

Guides:
Guides are designed using structural steel angles with a minimum
thickness of 3/16”, expansion slotted connections, and removable
bellmount curtain stops to allow for curtain maintenance without
removal of guides. Bellmount stops shall be flush with guide
groove.

Operation:
Push-up, hand chain, hand crank, or motor operation.

Locking:
Equip doors for latching by slide bolts. Motor
doors will void the guarantee.
Rolling
Grilles: Grille doors are
designed for easy operation and long life use with minimum
maintenance required. Grilles are mostly used on store fronts,
stops in malls, and on entrances having an open appearance (window
shopping, drive-ins, concessions, and many other locations.)

Curtain:
Curtain grille construction consists of the brick
pattern 6” or the straight pattern 9” with aluminum vertical
links and horizontal PVC sleeves in four standard colors to choose
from: Bronze, Black, Silver, or Gold. Continuous solid 5/16” hot
dipped galvanized horizontal rods spaced 2” are to be covered
with tubular spacers. Continuous links are to be furnished of a
design to prevent the curtain from leaving the side guides. Bottom
of grille is to be provided with a single angle bottom bar.

Roll formed steel with return retainers to prevent the grille from
leaving the guide rails.

Operation:
Push-up, hand chain, hand-crank, or motor operation.

Locking:
Provide door with hasps and pins. Locking with padlocks from the
coil side. Padlocks by others. Slidebolts are optional.
